Literally no complaints. It’s super easy to book online, you can choose to pay out of pocket or with your insurance as you’re booking, and you get the price estimate at the time of booking. My windshield cracked on a Saturday morning from a rock on the highway, and I was able to make an appointment online for early that following Monday morning at the Safelite location. Every staff member I talked to was professional and polite, and they got my car in right away and my windshield repaired in just over an hour. (They had originally said it would be about an hour and a half). The waiting room has nice AC, plenty of chairs, WiFi, complimentary coffee and bottled waters and outlets if you need to work on your laptop or phone while you wait. They took the stickers (like the toll tag sticker etc.) from my old windshield and put them back onto my new windshield as close as possible as how I had them on my old one. The price was exactly what had been quoted online. Honestly it was so stress-free I don’t really understand the bad reviews. I recommend!

Very disappointed. High end car windshield replacement through insurance. Drive 60 miles and were told 2-3 hour for repair. Four hours later, they said car was ready but we had to come back to have it redone in a week since they broke the rearview mirror. Visit #2. Was promised repair work for their mistake would be done in 4 hours. It took 5. Manager unavailable to talk to They were unable to calibrate windshield. Was told I get to come back for a third try. Currently in the process of having state farm reassign my claim so I can have my car back in working order and repaired by a facility that uses the correct parts and knows what they are doing.

I called safelite to schedule a mobile appointment to replace my broken windshield as soon as it happened. The rep on the phone scheduling my appointment was great and gave me a reasonable quote, telling me my replacement would be the exact same glass as was already installed. The tech who initially came sited a problem with the replacement glass. I asked that he put it in so that we could drive both vehicles until the new glass was installed. He also removed my a Pilar on the passenger side so it would be easier to deal with for the next tech. He did not schedule my second appointment as he was supposed to have done. Another rep called me to schedule that appointment and then told me that the glass I was getting was aftermarket and it would not be tinted like my original glass. The rep basically told me I was lying about having a factory tinted glass and there was no way I was going to get that glass whether they ordered an OEM glass or not. That appointment she set was then pushed back twice by safelite. My second appointment day came and I had not heard from the tech. At this point, I was angry, and called customer service twice about the service I had. They refused to do anythi

Total bait and switch. Avoid this place.I had an appointment booked for a warranty replacement. I explicitly sent in multiple photos a week ahead of time and called to confirm everything so there would not be any surprises. Customer service assured me it was covered. I waited a whole week for this appointment because they were busy and so was I. Appointment day comes and they completely changed their tune. They instantly claimed it was not covered, blaming some impact on the crack. They had the exact photos of it for a week and said nothing. They even sent me an email stating what to expect, eluding to simply dropping the vehicle off for repair and coming back. The email even states $0.00 will be due. I don’t know how the day of the appointment the balance changes other than another one of their bait and switches. They lie to get you in the door, waste your time, and take advantage of customers, especially women, once you show up. The manager was zero help and could not care less.I have heard of them doing this to other people too. Do not recommend at all.

Technician Robert was punctual, professional, and extremely helpful. He communicated with the office to get me the Capital One discount, even though it was not readily accessible. Installation of my new windshield was smooth and successful. I will definitely work with Safelite again.
